An Exciting New Chapter

Shaner Hotels is using its experience to enter an exciting new chapter in the company’s history. The current focus of the company is two-pronged. In addition to maintaining the profitable operations of properties currently in its portfolio, Shaner Hotels is developing new hospitality-based opportunities with investment partners. These endeavors include new-build developments with top-tier branding in the select service sector, and relationships with colleges and universities for on- or near-campus hospitality properties.

The capabilities of Shaner’s experienced in-house staff support and complement these efforts. The depth of the management team includes all the disciplines necessary to build, own, operate and manage all facets of hotel investments.
